Motivation! Motivation! Motivation!
Time to get motivated. So many times we say that we want something, but how bad do we really want it? and perhaps more importantly the question should be, what are you willing to do to get it? They say nothing is gained without some type of sacrifice. So what is it that you want and what are you willing to do (or maybe not do) to achieve it? I can not count how many times I hear people say that they want to loose weight, fit into those skinny jeans, be able to wear that bikini, be healthier etc, etc, etc. So if you find yourself wishing... and hoping... and praying that one day you will wake up and your stomach will just deflate or your thighs will just magically disappear it's time to face the reality that it's not just going to happen with wishing alone and that you will have to put forth some effort into getting it.
